MODULES

THIRD GEAR MODULE

The Third Gear module recognises the correct combination of input signals from the OEM wiring to determine that the machine is in third gear (forward or reverse), giving an output signal that is connected to an external relay to typically switch a warning beacon or alarm.

It can be used on both the GEB and AMA Caterpillar type dozers.

LOW VOLTAGE THRESHOLD MODULE

The Low Voltage Threshold Module ( also referred to as Tram Direction Module ), is typical used to detect a 0.5-5 VDC threshold on a proportional controller card and convert it to a 24VDC switched output.

Pre-set threshold at 1VDC.

Note: the previously provided module has now been superseded.  BARTH

CAN I/O SLAVE MODULE

The CES31 is developed for use in harsh environments. It has 31 multifunctional I/O ports, which means they can either be digital inputs or digital outputs.

For safety applications, there is a possibility to break the supply voltage to the outputs through a digital input.

The CANopen protocol is standard, other customized CAN protocols are available on request.

* 31 Digital outputs 3A or Digital inputs

* 1 Digital power supply output 7A

* 3 Analog inputs 0-20mA 10bit

UIU - CAN I/O SLAVE MODULE

The device uses a powerful 32Bit Cortex M4 CPU, a large number of I / O and using CANopen protocol.

It can communicate via the CAN bus or a galvanically isolated USB (serial port profile). Ability to use RS232 or RS485 is also available.
