The VUe Drill Control System is a comprehensive system which can be retro fitted to most Drill machines and customised to Client needs.
This new system is more adaptable, has more functions and enhancements than the standard VU Drill Control and is CAED’s preferred replacement.
The new system incorporates: proportional control with Joystick input, a 10” sunlight readable high impact resistant touchscreen with pdf reader for electrical & hydraulic schematics, outputs are overload protected & improved temperature ratings for both controller and touchscreen.
The VU Control system is a direct replacement of the Vigilante Drill control system that has been used on over 160 Drills throughout Australia since 1997.
The new system incorporates a smaller CANopen Remote I/O unit, a standard 10” sunlight readable touchscreen (with pdf reader), outputs are overload protected & new Mast module via CANbus reducing wiring harness.
The Mobile Machine Control System uses a small sized Controller (147 x 113 x 46 mm) and all indication is via a bright Message display (134.2 x 91.2 x 41.1 mm).

The Mast Angle Indication System with Heading is used to display - machine pitch, roll and heading values.
The system can save the last position values of operation, giving the operator assistance of how to set the machine for the next drilling operation.
The operator adjusts the machine Mast to be in the correct position and drill angle each time.
